Pasta is one of my favorite food as like as other people of this generation in Bangladesh. Day by day it becomes more and more popular as it is being served in many restaurants with lots of variety. Personally i like white sauces/cheese pasta with low spice. But today i am going to post my first ever post in this Blog and it will be normal pasta which is available to buy in our country. Actually in Bangladesh there are lots of variety in pasta for their packing quality and price. Italian pasta undoubtedly best but if u get cheaper country made pasta around your home that will be less in test. Generally it depends how you are cooking pasta, ingredients like spice,sauce,vegetables,meats etc.
(1) Have to fill a pot 2/3 with water. There should be suitable water in pasta ratio, so that past shouldn't get sticky. To avoid error hot water could be use.
(2) Have to turn on stove/ (where you are cooking) at high.
(3) Have to add salt as much you need with water. For a large pot of water 1/2 table spoon of water is sufficient.
(4) Shouldn't cover the pot when pasta is boiling. Boiling could take around 8 to 10 minutes ( it depend on )
(5) After complete boiling pasta have to empty entire pot of pasta into a strainer.
(6) Then after shaking excess water, have to pour pasta into pot.
(7) Have to mix table spoon of olive/available oil and sauces or spice as wish for flavor.
(8) Then you have to cover the pot and shake it for a while than mix vegetables/meets if you want and cook it by cover the pot.
(9) Serve it in your plate after few minutes of cooking.
